New one-shot: Every time a pegasus flaps their wings, a kitten DIES

I struggled with this one in two ways. The first was the style: I originally thought to render it as a meta-referential story along the lines of a certain Sherman Tank appearance, and ultimately rejected that idea in favor of treating it Dead Seriously. As serious as millions of dead kittens, which is probably not the best way to measure seriousness.
The second was the tags. I had Comedy on there and took it off: the end result really wasn't filled with jokes. I had Dark on there and took it off: even with dead kittens, it didn't seem to fit. For character tags, I even had Celestia at the start and switched her for Luna. In the end, I had Crossover (because it is, in a way) and Random (because crackfic). I'm still not sure about Random.
But in the end, I wound up with 9500 words about pegasi killing kittens through flapping their wings.
Applause for that is optional, and probably sarcastic.
...and it just hit the New column. Time to get downvoted through the server again...
