The last chapter was the shortest in the story's history: just over five thousand words.
This one is in the rough vicinity of 17,000.
So I guess there's an argument to be made that on the average, I occasionally try to manage some degree of value-per-post-charge. However, right now, I'm so tired that I think the previous sentence has some degree of sense about it, so let's not have that argument: I'll probably lose.
This leaves two things to say before we close out March. The first is that the next chapter of Triptych will feature Spike. We've had a dragon running around in the castle for a while: it's time to show where he is.
The second... I recently watched a video about the rise and very long fall of Noah Antwiler. It was a reminder: that having a Patreon account isn't just a privilege: it's an obligation to provide to those who support you.
