Tbh this part of Vinland saga is more like askeladd meeting a kid named thorfinn then thorfinn meeting a man named askeladd

That was just a village of families living in a harsh climate, doing their best to live good lives, and then the Dane nation attacked lol. Definitely one of my favorite episodes so far.
