Btw, Shigaraki has been mentally developing/maturing over the course of the series. With every arc he’s been featured, he’s always gotten at least a small chunk of development. Sort of a slow burn type development. But I imagine we might get a lot of development from him here seeing as the league is the main focus this time around.
