TLR7 is decent for CCW, but for duty use or home defense I will always pick a TLR1HL.

Makes me so happy to see this video. When my dept finally introducted weapon lights we adopted the tlr-7. When we made the switch to gen 5 glocks and rds we adopted tlr-1's. Not my first choice but its a huge improvement in output compared to the tlr-7. I run a tlr-7 on my ccw but for duty use I really appreciate the power of the tlr-1. Its a big difference on the firing line between my light and the tlr-7's from officers who have not made the switch yet.
