I reached out to AB after this video since I recently obtained an SOT and purchased a 762 and 556. Living in IL I've had limited experience with suppressors, my department has a few SAS cans for sniper rifles and a couple of dept owned M4s but those were all I had ever used. I tested them both this past weekend on my 20" 308 Rem 700 and my Sage Edition 11.75" PWS in 556. I was very happy with the tone (again, little experience) and they were both easily hearing safe, at least out in the wide open range. For whatever reason my department will not heed the numerous suggestions I and others have made regarding gas mitigation for the M4s. Personally I don't even care to shoot them because of the massive amount of gas in the face. I assumed the piston system on the PWS and the spiral baffle design of the ABs would mean very little blowback. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, granted it was MUCH better than the M4s. I didn't have much time to really experiment and was just excited to go shoot them so hopefully when I do get that time I can play with the settings and see which works best. Also regardless of the setting the rifle fed flawlessly and brass ejection was consistently around 2 o'clock except for the wide open setting which resulted in noticeably more recoil and around a 4 o'clock ejection. Question for the group about mounting options: they ship with a direct thread end cap, I'd like to get an adapter so they will thread onto a muzzle break that has external threads since I can't really justify buying one for every rifle I own. They have the industry standard 1.375x24 HUB threads. Can anyone recommend a break/adapter combo? I was thinking about the SilencerCo Bravo TOM combo.

Any considerations or concerns in use with a 5.56 SBR? Thanks
