This is one of those cases where you have the idea and write the story just to get it out of your head. I wasn't going much of anywhere until I got this out of the way, and it turned out to take 12k of words before that was done. It's a comedy, it's a little bit random, and it's also a love/hate letter to one of the worst things ever created by nature. Approach at your own risk, and preferably while holding your nose.
So as far as the scant rest of the month goes, there's three possibilities: either a final one-shot is posted before May hits, a Triptych chapter, or I'm just too tired to do anything. Now: in the event that it's the first or third, I'll post two Triptych chapters next month. But the next two days are largely going to be about what I have strength left for. It's been a couple of half-marathon runs in a short time, and that does take something out of me.
In the meantime... enjoy.
Actually, it's durian. Remotely Tolerate.
