Update: Triptych

Back on the horse -- so to speak, and at least for a little while. I managed one more-or-less clear day, and probably pushed too far in using it. The post-Monster coughing has already begun, and all I did there was sip. For this level of feeling lousy, I should have at least finished the can...

But the chapter is up. (The multiple Comments notifying me of my errors will probably need another hour.) And it's a long one: just over 14k on the word count. I'm not sure it represents my full return to writing: those who've been following the blog will understand that I'm going to have some issues getting back on a real schedule. But at least it means I got something posted -- and hopefully something people wanted to see. It may even be possible to guess the title of the next chapter.

For now, the light at the end of the tunnel is a rapidly-spreading fire.
