Second update: A Duet For Land And Sky

Back to Snowflake on this one, as the theme for the last two chapters is The Talk With The Elder: Granny for Applejack, and now it's Celestia's turn. However, it's not as if both discussions are going to be equally effective -- or open. Granny Smith was able to talk to her granddaughter about a lot. But quite a few readers have noticed that Celestia's instincts frequently point her towards secrecy, and it means the same degree of confession is hard to find.

It turned out to be just under 6300 words, and with all of her medical issues and appointments (I'd tell you to see my Twitter, but no one needs the depression) which I've lost time to this month, it feels like a small miracle to have gotten it posted it all. But if so, it's a miracle I needed. Writing is... more normal than most things, And this month, I need a little more normal than usual.

There may be an attempt at a fifth posting before April wraps (because next month is the laser and See Blog): we'll see how my energy level holds up, along with what disasters can manifest in the next two days. If I can manage it, we're either looking at a fresh chapter for Cerea or a Slice Of Life one-shot with Lyra & Bon-Bon. As always, I won't try unless I feel I have the strength to produce something worth reading.

(Really should have tried to get the latter idea up on the day after Easter, but medical everything. Still, as long as holiday candy is on clearance...)
