(One of Firefox's little quirks: from now until the day I wipe my browing history, the main Patreon page will be known as Gateway Timeout.)
This looks to be an update-heavy month: Duet is likely up next and after that, it's time to reassure Anchor Foal's audience that the story hasn't gone deadfic. (And do you know part of what happened there? Triptych happened. The story is set so explicitly post-Triptych that it had reached the point where I couldn't dance around what had happened during that conclusion any longer. I had to wrap one before continuing the other.) But today, it's time to get back to Cerea -- at least towards the end of the chapter, because this one went about 5400 words and the majority of them turned out to be 'Celestia and Luna really need to have one of those long talks about what's been going on.'
So it's a chapter without a lot of action (or centaur) on it, and that might annoy a few readers. But it's also the chapter which starts setting up the direction for the rest of the story. This isn't going to be an easy road, and it was time to show what the path might look like.
Even so -- at least one Mandatory Update Downvote will be incoming.
As I've said before, some people just can't resist a dip in the MUD.
