Update: Anchor Foal

As it turns out, this may have to be an all-update month. The story moderation queue is a little weird right now, and I'm not completely sure all is well on auto-approval either.

In this case, I wanted to make sure everyone knew that Anchor Foal is still moving forward. This chapter actually represents a fairly major moment in the story: something where we begin the swing into the next phase of the tale. Everything's been focused on Ponyville for a while, and that means it's time for a trip into the capital. If nothing else, there's some things to pick up.

About 8600 words within this chapter, and I'm guessing that September will probably close on one more update for Cerea's story. After that, new one-shot pieces will likely return in October.
