Second update: Anchor Foal
Added 2019-09-30 01:35:19 +0000 UTCI really was planning to revisit Cerea today, but... Fleur's been on my mind, and it reached the point where the brief focus walk I just barely managed to get in found itself proceeding through the 'wrong' story, step by step. But it's still progress, and two chapters in a month is more of a recommitment for something which hadn't been updated in a while.

And with that, I'm calling it a month. It's not just that we're now at my stated normal maximum of five pledge charges (although it is partially from having added 6100 words to the count today): tomorrow has a doctor's appointment for her (ultrasound) added to the amount of running around the hospital required to set up a GI followup (overdue, but she was in the physical rehabilitation center), cardiac (it's been a while), and possible outpatient physical therapy (I am using too many parentheses). This may wind up being an all-day stay at the hospital, especially since her pain level has been up for a while and trying to get her into the ER for an examination hasn't worked. At least this way, she may finally get the chance to complain to an actual doctor...
...I'm tired enough to be doing a blog ramble/update in this window. Which is another very good reason not to be trying anything tomorrow.
October will be here soon, and Cerea may lead off that particular gallop. Or Fleur may continue to poke me with her horn.
Some people might enjoy that. I'm not sure I'm one of them.
