If you're using an "old" mobile phone and can't see the messages section of Pixiv, set your web browser's Tab to "Desktop Mode" (Firefox, Chrome, etc. can do that). just to precise, the file is NOT in the email. I upload the file on a Cloud Storage, all I send by email is the LINK to download the file. Nothing big is sent by email. Cheers.
