New one-shot story: Release The Sparkle Cut

1. Sometimes you just get an idea. A silly idea. A silly, perhaps somewhat stupid, Must Be Inflicted On Someone Else idea.
2. I didn't want March to be an all-update month. One new complete story seemed to be mandated.
3. Still waiting a bit before I go into Anchor Foal. For reason.
So that brings us to just under 10k on the word count for this one, because it's been a long time since we last visited Equestria's movie industry -- let alone had a guest visit from Twilight Sparkle, World's Most Intelligent Total Idiot. I wanted to go into comedy for a little while: I was just hoping to stay there for but 7k or so.
But stories take as long as they take.
Films, however...
