Second update: Anchor Foal

There's a very remote chance at four, but... well, most of you saw what happened recently when Fleur was thinking about going to four. It's a numerical subject which has to be approached with caution.
Just over 6000 on the word count for this one, and that's something I didn't know was going to happen. Or rather, I thought it would come in around the 5-7k level -- but I also thought we'd be in a different part of this mini-arc when the natural chapter break hit. As it turned out, our one-scene guest star demanded her share of time. And then some.
You give a character a presence, and the need to take up some extra part of the stage just comes with it...
