Update: Anchor Foal

Some of you probably saw the first chapter go up earlier today: I'm writing this notice after the second one was posted.

So why a double-chapter update? Because the first was just short of 3600 words, while the second is a bit over 4700. This is yet another form which Revenge Of The Natural Chapter Break can take: the Harem & Discord scene felt as if it would have worked in no format other than getting a chapter to itself, and then I still had to advance things into the event which launches the next section of the story. Something which likely means at least a double update on Anchor Foal this month.

(We also caught up to another story, so...)

Both chapters are under the limit -- on their own, and I still feel like they had to be published that way. Putting them up on the same day takes me over the minimum word count, allowing me to hit the Charge For This Post button with no more than the usual amount of guilt.

So. Two chapters today. The next update will probably be a single chapter.

A single, potentially fairly long chapter.

...at least I'm semi-predictable?
