List of favorite artists ✏️✨

You asked me a couple of times about my favorite artists, so here I'll share with you my main inspirations and hopefully introduce you to new wonderful artists to follow!

By the way, today I found those two drawings I did back on 2018 for college, I kinda liked them!

 ✦ Favorite artists✦ 

⭐ Andrew Mar -Beautiful mermaids and incredible inking!-

⭐  Alexandria Neonakis -Her color palettes are gorgeous and make me feel calm-

⭐ Matteo Scalera -Best superhero illustrations I've ever seen, and traditional!-

⭐ Serge Birault -His characters are always so interesting, also king of drawing profiles-

⭐ Sibylline Meynet -Gorgeous gouache paintings!-

⭐  Chantal Horeis -An artist I found recently, love the textures in her work-

⭐ Ami Thompson -I love how each piece of her tells a story-

⭐ Vorona Nanetta -Love her messy and colorful sketchbook pages-

⭐ Michael Mano -Wonderful marine themed black and white illustrations, I adore his diver helmets series-

⭐ Maya Lior -lovely digital artstyle- 

⭐ Sweeny Boo -Such a lovely style overall, witches, cats and clean shapes!-

⭐ Mingjue Helen Chen -Works for Disney and did a lot of super well-known movies, I had the chance to met her in LA a couple of year ago and she's also super nice-

⭐ Tara Jane -Amazing landscapes painted on sketchbooks-

⭐ Brett Parson -I love his strong clean shapes and character attitudes-

⭐ Cathleen McAllister -Her visual development pieces are just wonderful!-

⭐ Zoe Persico -The textures!!!!!-

 ✦  Favorite comic book artists ✦  

⭐ Alessandro Barbucci -His comics are just... out of this world. The amount of detail on each panel is breathtaking-

⭐  Siya Oum -She paints her comic pages traditionally with Copic Markers!-

⭐ Babs Tarr -My forever inspiration, she redesigned Batgirl 52 which was also her first time drawing comics. I looked up to her a lot through my comic journey-

⭐ Mirka Andolofo -Her comics are beautiful, nowadays she's drawing too much nsfw art haha but still a great style-

⭐ Otto Schmidt -He has a particular way of drawing anatomy I find so so interesting and appealing-

 I would love to know some of your top favorite artists too! 

✦ Yesterday I filmed a quick video for youtube to celebrate 3k suscribers! I really enjoyed answering some questions.

✦  Also, I'm working on the flip-through video of my artbook for you, days here have been very gloomy and dark lately so I'm waiting for a little bit of sun to finally film the thing! 

✦  Still haven't done any new color studies from movies I wanted to do 😩 now I gotta focus on some commissions I need to do

✦  I'm thinking a lottt about Mermay, but haven't decided anything yet :(
