Nate is a nice guy (more or less) and tries to eat people like bandits and thieves, people he feels deserve it
Cole is a bounty hunter who is out to churn the wasteland, He eats whoever he wants whenever he wants, but has specific targets in mind. It's not out of malice, he just sees everyone else as lesser than~
