Hey what can I say? when you have your own company you have to choose your staff carefully~ let's say you want a new hire but the position he wants is already taken. If you have the option (and he has the ability) you could let your new hire "dispose of" your old employee~ you hired the new guy cause you think he's hot anyway, he can only get hotter if you let him help himself to some of the less important staff~ besides, he won't eat you up cause he depends on you for a job so it's a win-win, you get some new eye candy to look at, while he gets a new job and a tasty meal! Just make sure he's well taken care of~ he probably won't eat you up while employed, but if he ever quits, you wanna make sure he has nice memories~ here we have a redhead boss doing just that~ making sure his new/ favorite employee feels welcomed~ While the old employee has one last look at the world before helping the new guy replace him~ by digesting inside him~
