A Warm Companion for the Roads Ahead
After many years of hosting and catering to adventurers on their epic journeys, Magnus began to want for regular companionship; something unlikely as a wandering innkeeper. Ever the problem solver, he went to work on attempting to infuse his cast iron oven with magical life. After much trial and error (and a small fortune’s worth of gold and ruby dust) the oven sprang to life, happily spitting embers and eager to please. With this, Magnus had found a friend who loved to hear his tales of the old days and was happy to assist in making sure their guests were well-tended at all times. Even Toasty’s humming while baking grew on the innkeeper, over time.
Lifetime Guarantee. Built with metal cast from well-used and loved cookware, Toasty is an ode to home cooking and care. Ever eager to please, it loves to make new friends and help those in need. With proper care and attention, Toasty grows over time, becoming a seasoned veteran in the field of hospitality. Though originally animated only to be a listening ear for Magnus’s ramblings over the long roads, Toasty may very well outlive its creator, going on to tend to and care for the generations that follow.
Walking Stovetop. As befitting its original state, Toasty is a top-notch piece of kitchen utility. With an interior space far larger than itself, Toasty serves as a combination of everything from an oven to a stove to a warming station for foods to be kept hot till camp. Through meticulous design and repeated attempts, Magnus was able to ensure that Toasty could properly regulate its internal temperature without adversely affecting its surroundings, only ever emanating a gentle heat to warm any chilly friends. And the boost to morale freshly baked bread can have should never be underestimated.
Hi hi! How are you? Are your feet alright? Is it too hot outside? I wouldn’t really know, cuz I’m made of metal so I can never tell. Magnus says I should stop asking people that because it might make them uncomfortable. Oh, is that a sword? What’s the scariest monster you’ve ever fought? Do you think you could kill a dragon? I’ve never seen a dragon before. I’ve heard they’re really scary, but I bet they’re just misunderstood! I wish I had wings. Would you like some bread? I’ve got sourdough, focaccia, croissants, buns, rolls, baguettes…
