Forged from a mineral gifted by the Great Storm, the branching blade once symbolized the power and authority bestowed upon the land’s rightful ruler. One fateful day, the palace was besieged by a rival kingdom who challenged the monarch to a duel for control. A decisive blow fractured the crystalline blade and laid the ruler low. For centuries, its fragments laid dormant, but when a worthy hand grasped its hilt, the storm’s wrath brought its pieces together; a symbol to mark the chosen heir as a hero to claim the throne.
