Falling Awake
Added 2020-11-08 00:21:56 +0000 UTCI have been so stressed lately with selling my house that I was hoping to capture an irratic heart rhythm to share with you. But instead, I started to fall asleep listening to my own heartbeat! Can you tell at which point I fell asleep? Then, about a minute before then end, I suddenly was startled awake! You know-when you just about fall into a deep sleep but your body jerks you awake instead? Can you notice when this also happens?
