[Work in Progress] Hogwarts Legacy

This page has been curiously quiet lately. The half of the answer is that I have less time to mod and much work irl. The other half, is that I was preparing new diaper models and was doing tests with Hogwarts to ensure I could mod it. Yes : I've been preparing for this game for 2 weeks now. Secretly. Like a witch :=]

The bad news is that I didnt get any luck with animations so far.

The good one is that I deliver a first version of the diaper mod here today. This mod will add a diaper to the female hero's costumes. All of them ! (And there are millions of them I had to edit ><). The Robes have been shortened. The capes are untouched yet.

And there's more : 17 different diaper skins are available !!!! 17 !!!!!! Clean of wet so far.

To make this mod work :

Download, unzip and place the files from Horwarts_DP_mod_base_P in the "pak" folder of the game (NOT the "~Mods" one)
Choose a diaper model : Horwarts_DP_mod_normal_Diaper_P OR Horwarts_DP_mod_Poofy_Diaper_P. Download, unzip and add the files in the Pak folder.
Download Diaper_skins. Choose one diaper skin from the archive and add the files in the Pak folder.
Launch the game and enjoy :)

Keep in mind that this is a work in progress. Glitches are highly probable.

Caution : my game crashes half of the time a few seconds after launch. If this happens to you, try to restart the game. In my case, it works on the second attempt. I noticed that it crashes less when less apps are running.

Next : Wet mods, dirty diaper skins, pacifiers, etc.

[Edit] Fixed skirts and robes clipping through the diaper.

[Edit 2] Fixed boots and some clipping on clothes. Use game's transmog system to avoid non-fixed pieces :)

[Edit 3] Added base skirt, robe and pants to the wet mod. I won't mod all outfits due to the shear number of them all. Use tyransmog system. The "Hogwarts_Wet_mod_P" can be used with or without the diaper mods.

[Edit 4] Added A new diaper, Little For Big - Baby Usagi, added a wet skirt and wet mini-skirt with thights to the wet mod.

[Edit 5] Added plastic pants and replaced a skirt and pants models. You'll have to search to find them since they are modular in game and used on several outfits :) Thare are still clipping parts. Mostly on the tops. My next goal is to fix these but there are something like 30 of them at least so this will take time.

[Edit 6] Added a diaper under pants for one of the base pants models and updated the LFB Baby Usagi texture with better quality. Still working on the tops.

[Edit 7] About 20% of the tops are fixed. I'll update the file (Horwarts_DP_mod_base_P.zip) progressively.

[Edit 8] Still modding the upper parts of clothes. They are over 50% done and look better :) Horwarts_DP_mod_base_P.zip updated

[Edit 9] DONE! The tops are finally done :) I'll make a few minor corrections but most are okay. I'm going to diaper a few NPCs if that works. Horwarts_DP_mod_base_P.zip updated

[Edit 10] First version of professor Garlick is ready :

- wet (FIXED)

- diapered under clothes (FIXED)

- diapered visibly (FIXED)

I've finally found the NPC again and been able to test and fix the mod. One thing won't be fixed : the expressions. The tools I use to export the model don't support the way these expressions are implemented on the mesh so I can't reupload a mesh with them.

[Edit 11] The female students have been modded to wear diapers :) The mod breaks cloth simulations and you may see some glitches but it is normal. I'll make another version with less coats next. Enjoy !

[Edit 12] 3 additions : short outfits for diapered students, wet outfits for some of them and pacifiers replacing or in addition to some glasses :)

[Edit 08/02/2025] The last update broke the mods. I am currently investigating the best way to handle this issue. Meanwhile you can use them by rolling back the game to a previous version as explained here. Beware that the process takes time, storage space and will have to be followed at each update. I'll do my best to fix the mods.
