Trying To Slow My Heartrate

Ahhhh ok yes I was hoping to slow my heart but I guess wasn't very successful🤦♀️ I do want to find ways to slow my heart though because it is usually always so fast! 🙃

2020-11-22 15:10:08 +0000 UTCActually, alcohol increases the heartrate, I didn't notice a change about your heart rate, lots of skips btw ;) Advice if you want to slow easily your heart rate: drink infusion while reading a book and lying on a bed for exemple. For me, it helps a lot for decrease the heart rate That's an experimental video according to me, pretty nice! keep it up! <3
