Officer North is loyal and dedicated to justice; she truly wants to do what she thinks is best to help the town.
But she's quickly becoming overwhelmed and depressed by working with the 'zany' Officer Swan, who she thinks, is just wasting everyone's time.
As Taffy Town becomes more and more chaotic, will Officer North be able to step up out of her shadow and solve the strange going-ons around the town?
Maybe if she has a new partner, she might just stand a chance?
