While uncommon, Bliss-Born Dragons are among the most powerful Bimbofying creatures in the realm. While these fuchsia-scaled dragons are roughly the same size as other forms of dragons, their bodies are more notably sleek and lithe. Their scales are incredibly smooth, while their wings are so thin that they appear slightly translucent. Their features are rather feminine, with their faces sporting notable glossy lips, and lengthy eye-lashes. One of the most notable aspects of a Bliss-Born Dragon is that they are all female. The only way that a Bliss-Born dragon is capable of reproduction is with another breed of dragon. As a Bliss-Born dragon's genes are incredibly dominant, with all of their hatchlings being born of the same species.
A their name would imply, the first Bliss-Born Dragons were created when dragons of other types had attempted to make their homes in the waters near Bimbo Bay whilst its transformive nature was still unstable. After the nature and physical forms of these dragons was fundamentally altered, they noticed that their offspring showed the same traits as their parents, resulting in the creation of yet even more Bliss-Born Dragons.
Bliss-Born Dragons can be serene and kind to those who are not hostile, and can offer adventurers help such as directions or advice. That is, if they do not offend her.
They have a very unique perspective of intelligence and wisdom, and absolutely detest being spoken down to, and anyone who views themselves as the smartest person in the room. They view someone's intelligence to corelate with how unlikable and unpleasant one is, claiming that the most evil people in the world are the smartest, and that the most enjoyable companions can be the most vapid.
These dragons do not collect hordes in a traditional sense, instead trying to make as many friends and followers as possible. However, a Bliss-Born Dragon's favorite types of friends are bimbos, as talking to bimbos makes these dragons feel more confident and intelligent. There's nothing a Bliss-Born Dragon likes more than to make friends with a newly made bimbo who was a stuffy genius mere moments before. Additionally, these dragons seek followers and apostles to spread her message and mentality across the land. Adventurers should make sure to note that a Fuchsia Dragon only seeks followers that resemble her, and are likely to try to convert others into Bliss Lineage Myth-Bloods.
They often make their homes on secluded islands that many of the bimbos they'd transformed choose to make their home, forming feminine communities full of frequent parties and celebrations in the honor of a fuchsia dragon. These islands of bimbos view the Bliss-Born dragon as their queen and are thankful for showing them how fun being a bimbo can be. On occasion, some of these bimbos may head out to the mainland and attempt to lure unsuspecting travelers to a bimbofied fate. Even more rarely, the dragon herself will sometimes shapeshift into a beautiful woman, and lure pretentious scholars to her lair.
If a creature is transformed by a Fuchsia dragon, the dragon will often give said creature a quest or lengthy task to complete. If said task is carried out, and the dragon thinks that they'd learned their lesson, the dragon will often reward the creature with intelligence and wisdom.

If that creature is a bimbo, its bimbofication is reversed. Additionally, that creature's Mind and Resolve are each increased by 1d4 +2. A creature may only gain the benefit of this effect no more than once in their lifetime. Additionally, that creature gains the following trait:

While all Bliss-Lineage Myth-Blood created by Bliss-Born Dragons are initially Bimbos, once such a creature proves their worth to the dragon, they are often bestowed with brilliant minds.
