Magic Items Vol. Four (Alpha 0.1)

Bovine Brew

Potion (Uncommon) Bovine brew is a potion with a milky taste and appearance that was first created by Bovine Beastfolk Arcanists in an attempt to enhance the potency of their magic; specifically catering the potion's effects to their lineage. While this potion can be used effectively and practically, it has several side effects. When this potion is consumed by a Bovine Beastfolk, for the next hour, whenever that creature deals damage to a target with a spell or attack, the target sustains an additional 1d6 damage of that spell or attack's damage types. While this can offer a Bovine Beastfolk an edge in combat, this brew presents a lingering side effect causing the creature's breasts to increase by one cup size, with this change lasting for one month, potentially interfering with a creature's ability to effectively wear armor. While a creature can only benefit from the boosting property of one of these potions at a time, if a creature continues to consume Bovine Brew over the course of a month, their breasts will still continue to grow in size. While this potion can offer advantages in combat to Bovine Beastfolk in combat, it is perhaps more well known for its effect on those who aren't of this race. Sometimes used for pranking others due to being nearly indistinguishable from milk at first glance, if a creature of another race consumes Bovine Brew, that creature temporarily becomes a Bovine Beastfolk for the next 24 hours.

Leporine Liquor

Potion (Uncommon) It is heavily debated among scholars if Leporine Liquor was created to function as a potion or as a poison. A transformative potion developed by free spirited Leporine Beastfolk studying various transformative magics, Leporine Liquor is a sweet-tasting (and somewhat intoxicating) beverage with unpredictable magic qualities. While Leporine Beastfolk are completely immune to this potion's magic and are known to drink it just for the taste, when a creature of another race drinks it, it can offer one of several (usually) temporary effects. When a non-Leporine Beastfolk drinks Leporine Liquor, roll 1d10 for one of the following effects:

1: Roll again. Rather than the effect only lasting 24 hours, it lasts until you undergo a ritual of purification.

2-4: You become female if you aren't already for the next 24 hours. Additionally, replace 1d8 of your class levels with levels in Bunny for the next 24 hours.

5-7: Your race becomes Leporine Beastfolk for the next 24 hours.

8-10: Increase your Movement by +1 and your Diplomacy by +3 for the next 24 Hours.

A creature can only be affected by one serving of Leporine Liquor at once.

Casino Coin

Magic Equipment (Rare): As their name would suggest, Casino Coin's are incredibly valuable shimmering coins that most often function as the rewards for high stakes games at Casinos within the Realm of Mortals. These coins favor the lucky, yet they can be incredibly dangerous in the hands of those that don't know to quit when they're ahead. While these coins can be quite the impressive asset, bolstering lucky combatants, it is just as capable of converting its owner into a Bunny.

Whenever this coin's owner would roll accuracy dice of an ability, attack, or spell, they may instead flip a coin, automatically hitting on a heads and automatically missing on a tails. If the result comes up heads and the prior flip resulted in a heads, if the attack has critical potential, this hit is considered a critical hit. However, if the result comes up tails and the prior flip resulted in a tails, in addition to the attack missing, the coin's owner becomes female if they aren't already and one of their non-bunny class levels is replaced with a level of the Bunny class.

Mind-Peer Circlet

Magic Equipment (Rare): A simple yet elegant silver circlet, a Mind-Peer Circlet allows its wearer to attempt to examine a creature's personality through glimpsing at the structure of their mind. As a one-handed action a creature wearing this circlet may target a creature they can see within 10 spaces, gaining the knowledge of each of that creature's personality traits. If a creature with resistance or immunity to Psychic damage is targeted with this ability, it fails. Additionally, if a Demon is targeted with this ability, while the knowledge of that creature's personality traits is gained, the trauma of examining the mind of a demon for even a brief moment causes the Circlet's wearer to sustain 2d4 Psychic damage. If the circlet's wearer uses this ability to target the same creature twice within a single turn, they can read that creature's surface level thoughts. However, the nature of the psychic-oriented magic this circlet uses makes its wearer more susceptible to the effects of hypnotism. If the wearer would make a resolve roll against the hypnotized status effect, they reduce the result of their roll by 1d4.

Scepter Of Conformity

Magic Weapon (Legendary Staff) An ornate obsidian scepter topped with a clear, crystalline sphere, less than ten Scepters of Conformity are known to exist, each being in possession of high-ranking members of the cult of conformity. These Scepters are imbued with some of the most foul assimilating knowledge known to the Realm of Mortals, capable of fundamentally altering a creature's capabilities. When wielded by a creature with at least ten levels of Conformity Cultist, that creature gains the following benefits:

-When you activate Remodel, Add +3 to the ability's MP cost.

-Increase the number of Models you may by attuned to by +10.

-If a creature you target with Remodel has stats identical to a Model you're attuned to, if that model has levels in a cursed class, you may replace all of the target's class levels with levels of that cursed class.

Additionally, this weapon has the following properties:

One-Handed

Range: 1

Accuracy: 2d6 + Finesse

Damage: 3d6 + Mind

Damage Type: Psychic

Critical Potential: Yes
