Goblin Tribe-Mother (Alpha 0.1)

Though Goblins can be found across a multitude of cities within the Realm of Mortals, a small number of goblins form tribes that practice ancient traditions of the race, most notably including rituals that attempt to convert a goblin into a special type of demigod known as a Reveler.

Due to the vast majority of goblins being driven to fulfil their personal desires, the vast majority of goblins have no interest in joining one of these tribes and returning to the race's ancient origins. For this reason, high ranking shamans of these tribes known as Goblin Tribe-Mothers serve as both spiritual leaders for a tribe as well as their recruiter,

In addition to preaching to the current members of their tribes, Goblin Tribe-Mothers are known to try to bolster their tribes numbers by attempting to convert other creatures into Goblins. In order to try to make these newly minted goblins more easy to manipulate, Goblin Tribe-Mothers will frequently employ the use of mind-altering magics on those they transform.

Abilities:

Tribe-Mother Casting: The Goblin Tribe-Mother knows 7 spells from the Arcanist, Priest, and Bimbomancer spell lists. Two of these spells may have an MP cost 25 or less while each other spells it knows must have an MP cost of 10 or less. 

Unbridled Energy: When in combat, at the beginning of its turn, the Goblin Tribe-Mother gains one Energy Surge. During its turn, it may spend Energy Surges to use any of the following abilities (no action required).
-3 Surges: Doubled movement until the end of your turn.
-3 Surges: Add +2 to its next attack roll.
-5 Surges: The goblin Tribe-Mother may make one additional hand's worth of actions this turn.
The Goblin-Tribe Mother lose all Energy Surges when you exit combat.

Bolster Energy: At the end of its turn, the Goblin Tribe-Mother gains one energy surge for each of its unused actions that turn.

Aura of the Tribe-Mother: All other goblins within three spaces of the Goblin Tribe-Mother get +1 Strength, +1 Speed, and they generate an additional Energy Surge at the beginning of their turn.

Goblin Transmutation: As a two-handed action, the Goblin Tribe-Mother can touch an adjacent creature, channeling transformative magics. That creature must roll 1d8, adding their resolve. If the total result is less than eight plus the number of goblins within three space of the target, the target's race becomes Goblin. This transformation may be undone via a ritual of purification within seven days of the transformation. If the  transform creature undergoes a ritual of purification to undo this effect after seven days have passed, t has no effect unless the ritual was performed by an Angel or Demigod.
