It is often that we all find ourselves forgetting to breathe---properly.
We all are in a society where we forget about ourselves and our own well being. We are on a fight and flight mode because it's on survival mode. Our lungs are getting through the day when we should have our lungs on a smooth breath in and breath out on a daily basis. It is up to us to make that change and be consistent. That's the only way to really know the difference.
