February 2025 Album of the Month: Matt Molloy (Self Titled)
Added 2025-02-05 15:00:08 +0000 UTCThis is a classic album of lovely tunes played brilliantly by one of the best to pick up the instrument. Many are played on alternate-keyed instruments (Eb and C, for example) so you might need to grab a different whistle to play along but it's worth the effort!

What a fantastic album. My grandad's brother, Frank Jordan from Roscommon features on Matt Molloy's album "Music at Matt Molloy's" - Track 12 Garrent Barry's / Miss McLeod. I am inspiring to be half as good as him and your channel is helping me learn, so thank you. I am starting off with the Tin Whistle and will move onto the Flute. That's my plan anyway 😊
