S6 Ep19 Rat14 Amending the Articles of Confederation

In this episode I continue the series and show people how EASY it would have been to have simply tried amending the Articles of confederation. That they weren't broken and hopeless and could nEveR work etc. If there couldn't even be agreement about amending them because of fear of fed govt control it's absurd to believe there was agreement about creating a whole new more powerful independent govt. Makes NO sense.
