2020-11-07 03:50:38 +0000 UTCHi Alan- you do not need a Microsoft account access the link. I just tried the November link myself, and it seems to be working. I do not have a Microsoft account, nor do I log in to anything. I'm honestly not sure why that would not be working for you.
