Stickers & Thanks!

Hey Patrons!

It's that time again, and I'm very excited to add all the new Rockstar Patrons to the credits list in the videos and on my blog. Stickers are going out this week to everyone who joined the Rockstar level in November, so watch for those! As always, the envelopes are hand-lettered with a vintage fountain pen because I'm a sucker for aesthetic, but I have now upgraded to real sticker mailers. Sorry, no more hand-made Cheerios-box envelopes. Those were thrifty, but took forever to do.

As always, I'm grateful for all my Patrons. You've all made this a great year for the channel, and I hope my content gave some of you some reprieve from the pandemic and all the other craziness that has been 2020.

You had me when you were building the steam engine and while working on the "crankshaft" you said that you wanted it to look all "crankshafty"..... I fell out of my chair and tried to hire a lawyer to sue you, but, you're in Canada so you got off easily....

Aaaw Quinn... I was looking forward to the Cheerios box protecting my stickers... but, knowing that time is valuable to all of us, getting recognized in the credits AND getting a sticker while being able to follow along with your videos is more than thanks enough for me! I enjoy you showcasing your many talents and knowledge as well as your sense of humour... even though I’m waaaaaay over here on the ‘Left Coast, Best Coast’ side of Kanuckistan on sunny warm Vancouver Island and now trying to get my buddy to let me use his small lathe & hobby milling machine to practice all my new found expertise!

You know I’d guess most of us just skip the credits at the end of a movie. But now when I see the credits rolling past my eyes after watching your instructive videos I am filled with anticipation and excitement just as the 4th assistant to the second grip must feel in Hollywood. Thanks

Quinn, so glad to see you using a real writing tool for addressing the envelops. As a fountain pen enthusiast, user and collector I gain encouragement that handwriting may survive in this digital age. Keep up the fantastic content and the great jokes as I enjoy them both. Stay safe in these trying times.
