2023-04-08 23:54:57 +0000 UTCI'd say the production of the "lens" clips are not worth your time. Stick to the production of the main weekly video and give up doing this. I miss most of them anyway, expiry after 24hrs is just not practical for me, my grandchildren control my available time!

2023-04-08 20:59:46 +0000 UTCMaterial type doesn't matter for band saws, it's material thickness that does. You want a fine pitch for thin stock and a coarse pitch for thick stock. The goal is to always have three teeth engaged in the material. I use a 24 tpi for sheet metal and a 10-14 tpi for thick stock. Those are the finest and coarsest blades that DeWalt offers, I believe.
