Sasaki is first introduced and your kind of like you don't really think much of it. same with many other characters and when you go back and rewatch some of the details just make sooooo much more sense in the long run. its always just a gag that he has no email buddies but then you learn why in this ep why something as small as having a cell phone and the emails brings so much more depth to his character. jfc i love this series so much. i remember when i first saw this story i just had to take a gd moment to process it all.
