I remember this story from what feels like a decade ago. I checked back every day to see how Ali was going to get her friend involved. Such amazing story telling. Every once in a while I can re-read it and it's like it's new. Thank you for all your great stories and I hope for more of this.
2021-03-13 08:07:27 +0000 UTCThat is true, yes. I wrote a second chapter for this that was almost complete. I used a shared computer so couldn't store files locally. The external drive it was saved on corrupted and I was never able to recover it. It was about 30k words so the devastation of losing it meant I completely lost the motivation to continue. However, my motivation is renewed, and I will be revisiting and continuing this story.
