I confess when the 2 minis won the poll, I had no idea what to make. I just knew I wanted to do something different from the other minis out there.
Now to all my Greek mythology buffs out there, please don’t beat me up. I actually started with the Gladiator first, then thought the Trojan Horse was just too funny to pass up. I mean, you can pull the cart!
I did a crazy amount of test printing on the Gladiator to get him as poseable as possible. I really wanted that primal head up, arms out Russell Crowe stance "ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED"!?!
All that to say... If your not a fan of my history/literary/cinema mashup, you can just ditch the cart.
Printing tips and information:
My settings are 15% infill, 3 walls at .12 layer height.
No supports needed. I use a purple glue stick on cool/smooth plate. Or Magigoo on my A1 mini textured pei plate. I do not use a brim, but it can help with adhesion.
STLSs and 3MF project files are included. For 3MF, please adjust settings and materials to your preferences.
I test printed to 70% for these and they are quite small. Would not suggest multicolor that small due to loss of detail.
3MF above 100%: SUNLU Red and Blue, TTYT3D Gold, SUNLU Skin Beige
STLs above 100%: Bambulab Glitter Black, Bambulab Marble White, Cookiecad Mintchip, Cookiecad Sunrise
