I have not tested this yet, but I see no reason it wouldn't be AWESOME! especially as a Halloween decoration. The 3mf that I am including is scaled to a whopping 450% which goes over 1 spool of filament. I think if you scale it down just a little you can do it in just one spool.

I recommend a single color matte filament. If you use a gradient, it will look a little strange because the gradients won't match up with the different parts. Or just use different colors, then glue and spray paint.
If you are maxing out your build plate, make sure you can get every part up to size before you begin printing.
Since I rely on bridging, I feel at larger sizes there might be a little sagging on the underside of the ribs, but It should be minimal.
For the body, choose the eye, or no-eye version.
I find super glue always works best, just be careful not to glue it to the table. 😉
