Hi dudes, I noticed I keep saying I want to dress up and look pretty. What I didn't realize is that what I was craving was self care.
I started brushing my teeth every night before bed, doesn't matter how depressed I am, and it's getting easier everyday, made me feel a little better.
So from today on I'll try to stick to a nightly routine of self care.
I'll start by brushing my teeth and washing my face, moisturizing, then doing vitamin c serum on my dark circles and sealing it all with my Mac fix spray.
I used to do that in the beginning of last year, and it felt great, I only stopped because I ran out of vitamin c serum.
When I'm comfortable with this routine I want to add a shower to it.
So every night I'd shower and brush my teeth before getting going with the skin care.
I'm only going to add the shower a little later because I don't want this to be overwhelming. Baby steps are important.
Also i want to do one face mask a week. I have a pretty good detox face mask that I should use.
Just wanted to share my thoughts with you all. I'm looking forward to taking care of myself better, I never realized how important it is for my mental health.
