Patchnotes:
- Fixed a bug where the openVR SDK interfered with the Oculus SDK which caused the camera to multiply. This hopefully also solved the issues with the Vive. Needs to be confirmed by testers.
- increased the crosshair incremental speed by 50%
- Added a VR crosshair which indicates the center of the screen( this will be required to navigate trough the menu later).
