Changes:
- Slightly moved the footer up. So it should not collide with the floor when the gallery is initialized.
- Increased the UI scale when it is grabbed with Vive controllers.
Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug in which the VR pointers where not working for Vive users in the disclaimer and the main menu.
