Intrusive thoughts
Added 2022-05-27 11:49:54 +0000 UTCHi friends, my dentist found out I have a huge cavity on one of my teeth. I'll need a root canal for it.
Besides that everything is great, but my mind keeps telling me I should go to the hospital and stay in a bed at the ER, get an IV and treatment over night/for a couple of days. No, I don't feel sick, but my brain is telling me I am or will be.
I already had this thought before, after taking the wisdom teeth out, and I went away after a while, so I'm just waiting out.
It's so odd to lay in bed thinking I should be at the hospital to get better, even though I am not sick. I wish my brain would stop that
