Makeup confusion

So I went shopping.
I made 2 orders. Number one was 6 chroma pencils, 1 brush and 1 split eyeliner.
Order number 2 was 3 chroma eyeshadow.
When they emailed me the tracking code they both had the same tracking, so I just assumed they sent both orders together.
2 weeks pass and the package arrives, but there's only order number one in it (chroma pencils, brush and split eyeliner) so of course I email them and they apologize and resend the missing order (3 chroma eyeshadows)
Well, that package arrived today, and guess what? They resent the first order, which is the one I already got (chroma pencils, brush and split eyeliner)
So I just email them again and I'm waiting for an answer lol. I feel bad for causing trouble, but its also not my fault. Will I ever get the chroma eyeshadows? Or is it not my destiny to have them. Tune in in the next episode of bellaplays boring life to find out!
