Life is hard rn. (Wishlist?)

Life has been good, but I've been struggling a lot mentally.
I feel hopeless and depressed again. I wonder if I'll be normal.
At least nowadays I know I can feel better, at least for a while.
But it's heartbreaking when I crash and feel miserable like right now.
I have an appointment with my psychiatrist on the 25th, so I'm glad I won't have to wait long to get my situation evaluated and hopefully change medicine or increase the dose.
My tamagotchis have been the highlight of my day. I love when they beep because they need me, it's a reason for me to wake up and by the time I take care of them I at least have the will to talk to mom and eat.
Besides that I've been sleeping a lot, I just don't want to exist.
How many tamas is too many?
