I LOVE WRITING! (Another Patreon Pause)

Hello my dear Patrons,

I love writing!  I really, truly love it.  Writing and thinking about writing consumes almost every free hour I have.  I know I am repeating myself but THIS is what I want to do for the rest of my life.  I would happily quit my day job to be a full time author, even if it meant far less money.  Am I good enough?  Talented enough?  I have no idea.  But I write almost every single day and I care about my work and that is something at least.  With drive, discipline, and a bit of luck perhaps I can achieve my dream.

Next month will be the year and a half mark for this Patreon.  I am VERY proud of what we have accomplished here.  In an age where there are a thousand different options for monthly entertainment subscriptions I am deeply humbled that you folks give me and my kooky kinky stories your support.  To be paid for pursuing the art I love...I cannot tell you what that means to me.  You guys are the absolute best! 

That said, with the long term goal of making writing my career in mind, I am nowhere close to where I need to be.  I am not at all surprised or disappointed, writing super niche romantic erotica serials is always going to be an uphill battle, but I do need to do something to move forward.

I will be pausing the Patreon again for a month. You will not be charged for the month of October.  This pause may be extended longer, perhaps indefinitely.  I do not wish to take your hard earned money if my main focus is elsewhere.  I want the freedom to begin to explore other avenues and possibly other genres of writing.  If I want to achieve my goals I need to take the shot while I still have fire in my belly.  As November approaches I will do another update to let you guys know what is happening with the Patreon.

I still plan on writing smut over the next month, both the RotL thread and Port are in pretty juicy spots right now, but updates will be less frequent.  I will be releasing the latest chapters of Port here as usual, with the Chyoa version 5 chapters behind.  I'll still be checking in here and the other usual places fairly regularly.
