Empty Nest: Chapter 99

In a frantic scramble I pull off of Heather’s cock, tug up my pants, and roll out from under my lover’s skirt. Standing at our entrance, the door wide open behind her, Lily, wide-eyed and slack jawed, stares in shock at the scene she’d just walked in on.

“Oh, oh my, um, hello d-dear.” Heather stammers as she tries and fails to hide the massive erection now tenting her nightie. ‘You’re early.”

“Not early enough it seems!”

“Um…I can explain!” I say as I scamper to my feet still struggling with my pajama bottoms.

“Oh, I think I understand well enough.” She says, her face flushed with anger. Giving both her mother and I a stern scowl she steps back out the door and says. “I’ll be out here when…you’re ready for company.” The door shuts behind her.

Heather and I look at each other, her face is a mask of guilt and embarrassment. Mine must have looked the same. While Lily couldn’t have seen my lips wrapped around Heather’s dick she would have gotten a clear view of me fingering my own asshole.

With a sigh she says. “That…was not how I wanted to tell her. Oh boy. I better go talk to her.”

“Hold on.” I say with a nod toward her crotch. “You can’t go out like that.”

“Oh.”

“How about you take care of that and I’ll go make peace with Lily.”

“You?”

“She’s your daughter but I’m a part of this too. You said I’m the man of the house now.”

“I did.” She smiles. “Although…having to look after myself again…”

I smile back. “I’ll owe you one.” Leaning in I give her a kiss. “Anytime, anyplace.”

“Mmm. I’ll hold you to that, handsome.”

“I’d be disappointed if you didn’t.”

After another smooch Heather heads to the washroom to ‘take care of business’ while I clean my stinky finger, pick up the snacks and drinks that Lily had brought then quickly slip into some jeans and a t shirt to go talk to her. I find her sitting on the front step, leaned forward with her elbows propped on her knees as she stares out across the park. She doesn’t move a muscle when she hears me step down then sit beside her. Wanting to give her some time to collect her thoughts I join her in just taking in the morning.

In the morning light I am struck by how she shared many of the same beautiful features as her mother. Though she was more petite, less voluptuous, and had darker hair even a brief glance was enough for anyone to see whose daughter she was. Today she was looking chic yet casual in an oversized oatmeal cable knit sweater, khaki skirt and leather sandals.

After a minute or so she finally breaks the silence. “I suppose she’s claimed you then.”

“Last night.” I answer truthfully. “It’s done.”

She sighs and her head sags. “I knew it. She just couldn’t help herself. And neither could you, huh? I thought the age difference would…fuck.”

“Lily. I love your mother. And she loves me. We…understand each other.”

Shaking her head she says. “I knew I should have stepped in right away.”

“It wouldn’t have helped.” I say. “Heather tried to do what she thought was right, what she thought you and others would accept, but…this was meant to be. I was meant for her.”

“Pfff. Romantic drivel.” She sits up and looks at me. “You sound like her.”

“I’ll take that as a compliment.”

She stares at me for a long moment. Behind her brown eyes I sensed a keen mind churning over contingencies and solutions to the conundrum before her. In the end all she can do is sigh in surrender.

“Hey.” I tap my leg into hers. “It’s not that bad, is it?”

“Elliot…” She was about to say something profound before she is struck with just who I was again. “I can’t believe it’s you.”

“Surprise. This wasn’t my plan, Lily. Either of ours. It just…happened.”

“I’d say that you’d better look after her good but…I know you don’t have a choice.” Her eyes flit toward the door. “You seem to looking after her well enough already.”

“Yeeeah. You weren’t supposed to see that.”

“Serves me right for showing up early.” After yet another sigh and yet another shake of her head she bumps her shoulder into mine. “There’s nothing for it. You damn fools. I hope you’re both…happy with what you’ve gotten yourselves into.”

“We are.”

“So this thing today was to tell us.”

“Well, you and Rebecca.” I confess. When Lily’s brows furrow in confusion I add. “Heather is allowing me to be a Prince. I’ve…already…um…you know.”

“No way! Julie? Mia!?”

My answer is a shrug and a guilty grin.

“Oh my God!” She lets out a chuckle despite herself. “You don’t waste any time, do you?”

“Hey, I got responsibilities now. And they’ve got needs.”

“How noble of you!” She says, this time with an open laugh. “Let me guess, Briana too?”

“Who?”

“No one.” She waves the question away. “I suppose you’re going to offer your services to me next.”

“If you’re in need of a Prince, or a just Honey Hole, I’m your guy.”

“Oh yeah?” Her left brow rises. “That right?”

“Mm hm.”

Slowly she looks me up and down. “Sure you smell great, sure you’re cute, but how do you look in heels and hose?”

“Huh?”

“Never mind.” Again she waves her hand.

As she avoids another one of my questions what she’d just said triggers a memory of something Julie had told me. She had mentioned something about how women like her were as repulsed by regular females as they were attracted to good smelling males. She’d also said that Lily had tried to overcome those instincts due to her attraction to the feminine and that it had ended in tears. Now she asks how I looked in heels and hose? That was…interesting.

“Liam’s going to tear you apart when he gets back. You do realize that, don’t you?”

“I’m not afraid of Liam.”

“Pff, you should be! He’s gained about forty pounds of muscle since last you saw him.”

“He has?”

“All the bum does anymore is fuck, surf and train. BJJ, kickboxing, you get the idea.”

“Um…”

“And don’t think Mom’ll stop him.” She says. “You might be her man but he will always be the apple of her eye. You haven’t seen what she’s like when he’s around. He’s got her around his little finger. Mr. Perfect. Mr. Favorite. Even Dad couldn’t talk to her when it came to her precious, perfect little baby boy.” A surge of irrational jealousy wells up inside of me. I WAS HER BOY! Lily’s eyes flare as something strikes her. “If you’re expecting me to call you Daddy…!”

“No! No, no, no. Of course not. I’m just me. Just Elliot. I’m not trying to replace anybody, least of all your father.”

“You damn right you’re not. My dad was a saint.”

“No argument here.” I hold my hands up. “I’m not here to cause trouble.”

“You sweet summer child. Trouble is exactly what you are.”
