A Poll! "How Much is Too Much?"

Hey Patrons!

As we say a fond farewell to our "Feedbag Challenge Comic" project, and as we look forward to starting work on our next big project, we wanted to take a moment to talk to all of you:

First and foremost, thank you all so much for your continued support on our Patreon.  It means so much to see you all here, taking a look at what we're working on behind all the commission work we do every month.  It's been slow, but with your support we've managed to grow this from the ground up.  We hope to keep that momentum going!

Next, we want to hear about how we are doing so far!  Namely with this poll, but we also wouldn't mind any comments that you'd like to post in reply.

So!  Our poll today is about future comic projects:  With "The Feedbag Challenge Comic," we had decided to keep you all updated with our daily progress, however small or big that update might have been.  For some, that was probably fun and exciting, but to others it may have just been an email inbox-cluttering proposition at best.  Today, we want to know:

DO YOU LIKE THE DAILY COMIC UPDATES? (We appreciate your input below!)

Comments

That's more or less the same thing as us uploading only when we've finished each stage of each page (though only having to upload one page at that point). It takes us about a week or so to do each step in the process when it comes to our comics. Again, though, this is only for our comics. With personal art, we'll be uploading whatever we have whenever progress is made on it. :)

This is more split than I thought it would be. Perhaps a batch upload showing several days work as multiple images for a single post?

Darling Deer

It is neat seeing how things progress, but with my email pref of 'send email for new patreon upload' my inbox can rapidly grow ^^;

H_R

Not opposed to smaller updates. Seems fine if it doesn't add more to your work load

Koorivlf

To be fair, what we post on here is what we work on in the background that isn't commission work. There really aren't any extra warmup sketches or other WIP that we have aside from whatever we post here, already. That includes personal work as well!

Agro Alba & Segremores Moon

It isn't really any more or less work for us to save our progress WIP, so we are fine either way. We just want to hear what you all think about it, going forward :)

Agro Alba & Segremores Moon

Yeah, you are the first to speak that preference aloud in the few years we've been doing this. Noted all the same! :)

Agro Alba & Segremores Moon

Look for the tag "Finished Comic Page" or "Finished Piece" to see all the stuff that's actually completed. We agree, though, it would be nice if Patreon provided easy-to-use folders or the like for that kind of thing.

Agro Alba & Segremores Moon

I'm not opposed to seeing daily messages, but maybe you could do more variety by doing something other than a comic update like maybe your warmup sketches. I'm answering no but putting this as a *

Randy Hoss

I would rather put less work on you two by having updates spread further apart and see the progress in stages.

Drake Arlin

I prefer to just be surprised by the final page, or the final image if it's not a comic. I don't really like seeing WIPs at all. But I think I'm the minority in that.

Pulsar

Honestly the only thing I think would be really nice is if you put the completed works into a collection somewhere for easy reading? Otherwise there is a LOT of scrolling with patreon's UI. Otherwise just keep up the amazing work!
