RWBY Rewrite | Timeline

So crazy me decided to make a timeline for my RWBY Rewrite (Which I've nicknamed RWBY AGN - "Again," kill me). None of this reflects theories I have for the show; it's just the story I'd go with had I written everything. So... enjoy!

Also yes, I used 2018 as the reference point. I had to start somewhere. Just assume they have all the same months and days of the week as we do.

Oh and here Blake's birth name is Rajani "Raja" Purnima. Blake Belladonna was an alias she created to hide at Beacon.

0:

• Humanity is created by the Gods of Light and Darkness.
• The God of Light gives humanity Knowledge and Creation, while the God of Darkness gives them Choice and Destruction.

500:

• Ozpin is created by the God of Light, and Salem by the God of Darkness.

1000:

• Ozpin kills the Gods of Light and Darkness. He plans to take Choice and Destruction away from humanity to "relieve them of the burden of choice," believing they'll just destroy themselves with it.
• Salem reawakens the Creatures of Grimm to stop Ozpin.
• Salem is sealed into the God of Darkness’ domain.
• Salem creates the Relics of the Old Gods, and Ozpin seizes them.

1005:

• Ozpin selects four young women to become the guardians of the Relics, making them the Four Maidens.
• Ozpin finds himself a new vessel in a young man.

1025:

• Ozpin, in his new body, creates what will become the Kingdom of Vale. From here, he will reincarnate into each heir of the kingdom.
  • He begins his process to try and create warriors to combat the Grimm, often times performing terrible, inhumane experiments on his subjects. This earned him the title of the “First Mad King of Vale.”

1050:

• After countless experiments, Ozpin creates the Faunus.

1100:

• The Faunus rebel against Ozpin, and so Ozpin plants the seeds for anti-Faunus prejudice.
• Following this, Ozpin (As Vale’s king) aims to reach the moon.

1200:

• In desperation, Ozpin shatters the moon, releasing the stored power of the God of Light and creating the first Silver-Eyed Warriors.
  • This gave rise to the stories of the Shattered Moon, and caused a panic worldwide. It was during this panic that the Silver-Eyed Warriors made their presence known, earning themselves a spot in legends.

1828:

• Mistral and Mantle form an alliance.

1900:

• The last King of Vale is born.

1918:

• Ozpin reincarnates into the body of the last King of Vale.

1928:

• The Great War begins.

1938:

• The Great War ends.
• The Vytal Treaty is created.
  • The Huntsman Academies are created, and the Relics of the Old Gods moved into vaults within them.
  • The occupation of Huntsman and Huntress is created.
  • Slavery is abolished worldwide.
  • The Chiefdom of Menagerie is established.

1954:

• The Faunus Revolution (A.k.a. Faunus Civil Rights Movement) begins.

1958:

• Nicholas founds the Schnee Dust Company.

1968:

• The Faunus Revolution comes to a close, and the White Fang is founded by Induma Purnima.

1975:

• With the last King of Vale’s body being infertile, Ozpin names his current vessel as the Headmaster of Beacon Academy (making him the youngest to ever be appointed), and performs the ceremony to reincarnate into this current vessel.

1978:

• Ghira  takes over the White Fang.

1990:

• Atlas debuts the Cross-Continental Transmit System (CCTS). By 1995, Atlas, Vale, Vacuo, and Mistral all have CCT Towers protected within each country’s Huntsman Academy.
• Jacques marries Willow.

1993:

• Leonardo becomes the Headmaster of Haven Academy as part of a "diversity movement" in Mistral, and is let into Ozpin’s “inner circle.”

1995:

• CCT Centers become commonplace.
• The first Scroll is invented.
• Jacques inherits the Schnee Dust Company from Nicholas.

1996:

• Team STRQ begins attending Beacon Academy.

2000:

• Taiyang, Qrow, and Summer graduate from Beacon Academy.
  • Raven becomes the Spring Maiden and flees.
• Nicholas begins suffering from mental decay, and Jacques becomes much more ruthless in business decisions, as well as cold towards his family.

2002:

• Adam’s village is destroyed by Faunus hunters.

2003:

• Nicholas dies, and Whitley is born.

2005:

• Ghira steps down as leader of the White Fang, and Sienna Khan takes his place.

2006:

• Ilia’s parents are killed in a Schnee Dust mine accident. She winds up revealing herself as a Faunus in her Atlesian prep school.
  • Adam and Ilia, along with other Faunus orphans from Mantle, are taken under Sienna’s wing, joining the White Fang.

2008:

• Mountain Glenn is completely destroyed by the Grimm, abandoned by Vale.
  • Gretchen dies, and Hazel joins Salem.

2009:

• Ironwood becomes the Headmaster of Atlas Academy and is brought into Ozpin’s “inner circle.”

2014:

• Vernal, beginning her year at Haven Academy, is named the Spring Maiden by Ozpin, and begins her training.
  • When Lionheart and Tyrian try to use her to reach the Relic of Knowledge, Raven saves her and welcomes her into the Branwen Tribe.

2015:

• Raja runs away from home, joining the White Fang and becoming Adam’s partner.

2017:

• Ruby battles the therions on Patch. (Red Trailer)
• Ruby battles Roman Torchwick and Cinder and is accepted early into Beacon Academy by Ozpin. (“Ruby Rose”)
• Weiss battles the Arma Gigas. (White Trailer)
• Raja flees from Adam and defects from the White Fang. She takes on the name Blake Belladonna. (Black Trailer)
• Yang devastates the Three Bears’ Nightclub. (Yellow Trailer)
• Amber becomes the Fall Maiden.
  • Cinder steals half the Fall Maiden powers and leaves Amber comatose. (“Beginning of the End”)

2018:

• The new year at Beacon Academy begins.
• The 40th Vytal Festival, as well as Vytal Festival Tournament, is held in Vale.
• The Fall of Beacon occurs.
  • Vale is devastated.
  • Beacon Academy is destroyed and left inaccessible due to swarms of Grimm.
  • Many die, including Penny, Roman, and Pyrrha.
  • Cinder becomes the Fall Maiden, but is severely wounded by Ruby’s Silver-Eyed Warrior powers.
