Project Zeono Engine??

Not making one really atm ,I wish though.
The reason Id want one of my own one day is due to how I think it's best to have one you know the ins and outs of well,can make almost all games you want made specific in,To have specific bits unreal engine and unity have maybe?
You see I currently will be messin with unreal engine 4 and Gms for now on smaller projects once art and stuff have become more progressed.
I want it to be very good to optimize in many areas,and have amazing software engineering setup with some games like KH series overtime,and other games.
