PLAGUE SPEECH
Added 2019-11-24 21:51:17 +0000 UTCPLAGUE SPEECH is weaponized language. Each syllable is a Xibalban equation designed to enter the mind and manifest diseases through the victims own fears. To the listener it is unintelligible whispering at first, the more they try to listen the deeper the infection spreads.
It was originally intended as a counter to foreign cryptography and spies of rival pantheons who would try to translate stolen Xibalban intel. In the process of decoding sensitive information they would be exposed to Hegemony bioweapons and infect their entire clandestine operation.

Okay, but this is a fucking awesome idea - I could 100% see this being a thing in a fantasy setting with modern-style espionage and counterintelligence.
